I place it in the KAF bread pan and place it again within the machine, prior to it’s past rise. As it's baking it seems picture fantastic. I used to be so unhappy in my Zo machine mainly because I generally here received lopsided ski slope formed loaves.

Seems like an excessive amount of liquid for the level of dry components; excessive liquid leaves the bread with way too tiny structure to guidance by itself during the baking cycle.

The Mini Zo paddle is pretty compact and doesn’t make way too huge a gap during the loaf, so I just depart it in.
